I’ve been in practice since 2010. Over the years, I’ve helped many people move through patterns that kept them feeling stuck—patterns in thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and beliefs about themselves.
My work focuses on trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and helping people set and reach meaningful goals. I also specialize in supporting those recovering from spiritual wounds and experiences in high-demand or high-control environments—such as cults, fundamentalist or authoritarian religious groups, and domestic violence.
I use approaches that support deep healing and self-discovery, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR.
My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a life that feels more whole, authentic, and aligned.
I currently see clients in person in Lakewood, as well as virtually. Appointments are offered on weekends, weekdays, and evenings.
